Pfizer Senior Director, External Science and Innovation
Dr. Felice Shieh is a Senior Director with Pfizer’s External Science and Innovation (ESI) department. The remit of ESI is to identify new target and relationship opportunities for both Pfizer’s CTI network of Academic Medical Centers and Pfizer’s External Science and Innovation department. She works with key internal stakeholders within Pfizer’s cross-functional teams and across all Pfizer therapeutic areas to drive innovation through building external relationships and identifying, creating, and developing external opportunities. Felice has a PhD in Chemical Engineering, specifically in targeted nanotherapeutics. She has over 15 years of experience in diagnostic and drug discovery and development across medical affairs, strategic marketing, research and development, and strategic partnerships with academic institutions, biotech companies, and government entities.
