Dr. Kang is a scientist and microscopist in natural sciences and by training in geosciences at theBiomaterials and Bioengineering Correlative Microscopy Core. Dr. Kang’s extensive expertise is in topics related to X-ray computed tomography, and light and electron microscopy techniques. Dr. Kang’s interdisciplinary expertise permits her to interact effectively on a routine basis with scientists and clinicians from various disciplines and institutions, both nationally and internationally. Routine data analyses involve characterization and structure-function association at multiple length-scales using various post analyses software including AVIZO and MATLAB.
