The Eppendorf BioSpectrometer fluorescence features an integrated fluorescence module. Applications include dsDNA quantification down to 1 pg/µL with common kits, e.g., Pico Green®; ssDNA quantification down to 10 pg/µL; RNA quantification down to 20 pg/µL; Oligo quantification down to 10 pg/µL; protein (BSA) quantification down to 0.01 ng/µL; and quantification of GFP-binding proteins.
