Nanotemper Monolith X

2025-02-26T20:24:32-08:00

Use the Monolith X as a trusted orthogonal tool to validate binding results or to get a Kd in challenging situations that SPR can’t handle. The Monolith uses Spectral Shift and MST. Experiments start by labeling one molecule with a fluorophore, then mixing a fixed amount of it with a dilution series of the binding partner. Samples are then loaded into capillaries and are placed into the instrument for the measurements to start.
