SCIENTIST POSITION

In this onsite role, you will report directly to the Director of Research.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design and execute cell-based in vitro experiments to support target validation, safety assessment, and drug candidate evaluation from Qum Therapeutics’ pipeline using advanced immunological techniques, including multiparametric flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD
Analyze and interpret experimental data, providing clear insights and generating comprehensive reports
Maintain detailed documentation of experimental methods, results, and data in an electronic lab notebook
Present research findings to the team, actively participating in assay design and project strategy through literature-based insights
Stay informed on emerging scientific literature and contribute to publications and presentations
Assist in developing and validating novel immunological assays and screening technologies across various therapeutic areas
WHO YOU ARE
Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Immunology or PhD in Immunology or relevant field
Hands on experience with laboratory techniques such as multi-color flow cytometry, MSD, ELISA, cell culture, and immunoassays
Strong understanding of standard statistical analysis of scientific data using data software tools (e.g., Prism, FlowJo)
Ability to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and think creatively to address evolving research priorities
Proven ability to collaborate, manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Strong organizational skills, record-keeping and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) required
Work well in a cross-functional team environment, both independently as well as be willing to help others

Estimated based salary – $90,000 – $100,000 (based on skills and experience)
