MedGenome, backed by Mu Sigma co-founders Dhiraj Rajaram and Ambiga Dhiraj, is looking to raise $15 million in a second round of funding to set up additional genome test labs.

The clinical research and diagnostics firm is seeking a valuation of more than $100 million, a near ten-fold jump from last year, when it raised $4 million in its first funding round that was led by Papillon Capital’s Kartik Kumaramangalam and Emerge Venture’s Mahesh Pratapneni.
