The LabChip® GXII Touch is a quantitative and high throughput alternative to traditional methods for nucleic acid and protein characterization (eg. Agarose Gel Electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE) with several benefits:
• Microtiter plate (96/384) format is used and sample input volumes range from 2 ul – 30 uldepending on the assay.
• Each sample may be analyzed within 42 -60 seconds with analyte concentration, size, and puritydelivered as an analytical output.
• Additional applications exist for biophysical characterization of nucleic acids (DNA & RNA electrophoresis)
• Adoption of the platform from R&D into quality control and manufacturing release is enabled by an optional 21 CFR 11 compliance package
